Merry Christmas!

Santa came, Santa came! Presents, presents---right away!

 Harrison had no trouble opening presents this year. None at all.

 Harrison's gift to daddy.

A little flash back...here are creating it. It was so much fun for the both of us. The store owner took this photo on her cell phone and e-mailed it to me, she said it would go perfect with the gift and she was right.

Sadly, two days after we came in to make this there was a fire in the basement and the building/business is a total loss. What makes it sadder is she had only been open for business for the past couple of months. However, our projects were in the kill and the time and were undamaged. 

Harrison made a Kitty for Grandma Nelson, she has a kitty collection. I forgot to take a photo of the finished project, but the store owner said it was one of a kind. Check on the work in progress.

And we even made a gift bag for Grandma, complete with his feet and hands.

 And since he was feeling so creative, he painted a canvas for daddy to put in his office at work. 100% created by Harrison, I only take credit for writing his name and not allowing him to use the paint on a white canvas.

 I love this.

But, who was seriously thinking when they package this item? It requires a screw driver to open the set of screw drivers and they didn't even leave one out to use.

 And the start of the wooden train collection... The Thomas the train starter set was only one of at least two dozen gifts that Harrison received.  Some other things he got was a Thomas the Train shake and go---and OMG does that thing fly, a cash register, play-dough, Nemo fishy movie, Thomas the Train movies, Elmo pajamas and slippers, fishy and barn peg puzzles, floor puzzles along with his Ipad and the list goes on and will be added to when we celebrate Christmas again next weekend with Doug's side of the family.

 Cash register & purse.

 This one is getting some FB attention and with good reason. Don't you know all little boys that play with power tools have their own purses? I gifted one of my old purses to Harrison, he is pursed obsessed, if there is such a thing. This kid LOVES purses. In the photo below he has a train blanket, some art supplies, food from the kitchen, a train and some change from the cash register. I guess he also takes after his mom and doesn't pack lightly.
